OnlyMyHealth x International Consensus and Orations in Cardiology On Preventing Heart Attack in Young

On the occasion of World Heart Day which is celebrated every year on 29th September, International Consensus and Orations in Cardiology organised a summit in Delhi. The theme of the event was ‘Enhancing Potentials of Clinical and interventional Management of CAD, Heart Failure, Valvular Heart Disease by Cardio Kidney, Metabolic Approach’.  The event primarily focused on preventing heart attacks in the young, a growing concern worldwide. Onlymyhealth participated as the digital media partner for the event to share our contribution is spreading awareness about heart health.

The summit attracted renowned doctors and cardiologists from around the world, who came together to discuss and share insights on the latest advancements in heart health, preventive measures, and treatment innovations. Talking about attendance and engagement, to make this meet successful and reach the masses, about 300 people participated in the summit including medical professionals, researchers, healthcare delegates, and the general public, all of whom were eager to engage in meaningful discussions around cardiovascular health.

Focus on Young Heart Health

Since the event was held for world heart day, the entire focus of the programme revolved around heart health, especially in young people. As we see a significant rise in heart attacks and other cardiovascular issues in young population, it was apt for experts to raise this topic so that more and more young people become vigilant of their heart health.All the sessions and discussions were heavily centred on preventative cardiology, particularly targeting young individuals, with an emphasis on lifestyle changes, early diagnosis, and innovative treatment methods.

Expert Talks and Knowledge Sharing

Leading cardiologists including Dr. H.K. Chopra, National President & Org. Chairman, ICOC, Mr. Atul Sobti, DG SCOPE and Member, Governing Body, ILO, Dr. Ashok Seth, Chief Patron, ICOC delivered keynote addresses and participated in orations, emphasising the importance of raising awareness about heart health and reducing heart disease risk in younger populations.

The summit was a pivotal moment in addressing the increasing prevalence of heart disease among the youth, with the collaboration of global experts making it an impactful and insightful event.
